In early years of his rule, there was relative stability, and similar to previous centuries, religion played a traditional role in social developments. Beginning of prolonged wars with Russia and border tensions with Ottomans prompted ulama to revise religious teachings and principles according to the mentioned circumstances and accordingly arranged their relations with the government. The resumption of political stability after the war changed the link between religion and politics once again. The question is how was the relationship between religious leaders and the government considering stable conditions before and after and during it? At the beginning of Fath-Ali Shah’s reign and the first stage of stability, interaction between religion and politics followed a peaceful course and the ulama mostly acted as religious leaders, whereas after the threat posed to realm of religion after war, they adopted a converging policy with the government. After the return of stability, a divergent process followed, and reactions toward government were of critical, protest or indifferent type. Taking a descriptive-analytical method based on resources of this period, our research seeks to answer the above question. In addition to convergences and divergences, the most important outcome of relationship between religion and government during the reign of Fath-Ali Shah was that ulama laid t foundations of theocracy two centuries later by reinforcing the institution of power in the hands of a competent (jame ol-sharayet) faqih.}, keywords = {Fath -Ali Shah,War and Stability,Religion,Ulema (Clergy),convergence,Divergence}, title_fa = {نقش دین در شرایط جنگ و ثبات دوره فتحعلیشاه قاجار}, abstract_fa = {چکیده  دوران نسبتا طولانی حکومت فتحعلیشاه قاجار (1212-1250 ه.ق) شاهد تنشهای سیاسی از یک سو و رشد مجدد دین از سوی دیگر بوده است. در سالهای آغازین سلطنت ثباتی نسبی برقرار شد که مانند سدههای پیشین سبب تداوم نقش سنتی دین در تحولات اجتماعی شده بود. با شروع جنگ با روسیه که بیش از یک دهه طول کشید که تنشهای مرزی با عثمانی را نیز در پی داشت، کارکرد دین تغییر یافت و نقش سیاسی نوینی را تجربه کرد. از این رو علما آموزهها و اصول دینی را با توجه به شرایط فوق مورد بازنگری قرار دادند و بر اساس آن مناسبات خود با حکومت را ترتیب دادند. پایان جنگ و شروع مجدد ثبات سیاسی، مناسبات دین و سیاست را بار دیگر تغییر داد. با توجه به این مساله باید دید مناسبات رهبران دینی با حکومت با در نظر داشتن شرایط ثبات (پیش و پس از جنگ) و دوره جنگ چگونه بوده است؟با توجه به چنین تحولاتی میتوان گفت که در آغاز حکومت فتحعلیشاه و در مرحله اول ثبات، تعامل دین و سیاست مسیری آرام را پیمود و علما بیشتر نقش رهبران مذهبی را ایفا کردند اما پس از آغاز جنگ و با به خطر افتادن قلمرو مذهبی، سیاستی هم‌گرایانه در پیش گرفتند. با پایان جنگها و بازگشت ثبات، در مناسبات دین و سیاست روندی واگرایانه رخ داده است و رویکرد علما در تعامل با حکومت با واکنشهای انتقادی، اعتراضی و یا حتی بی‌تفاوتی صورت میپذیرد. این پژوهش با روش توصیفی – تحلیلی بر اساس منابع و مآخذ این دوره در پی پاسخ پرسش فوق است.علما در دوره اول ثبات و پیش از جنگها واکنش مداراگونه داشتند و در دوره جنگ به عنوان حامی حکومت ظاهر شدند و پس از جنگهای ایران و روس و تحت تاثیر شکست سیاسی، راه خود را از حکومت جدا کردند که مهمترین نتیجه آن تقویت رویکرد استقرار قدرت در دست فقیه جامع الشرایط و پی ریزی پایههای حکومت دینی در دو سده پس از آن بود.}, keywords_fa = {فتحعلیشاه,جنگ و ثبات,دین,علما,هم گرایی,واگرایی}, url = {https://jhss.ut.ac.ir/article_90841.html}, eprint = {https://jhss.ut.ac.ir/article_90841_62191534c53f10a56255ec92f1fa58fa.pdf} }
