چکیده

مناسبات ایران و دولت روسیه در طول دوره قاجار همواره متأثر از اهداف استعماری اقتصادی ـ سیاسی روسیه در ایران بوده است. در پیگیری همین اهداف بود که این دولت در دوره قاجار به طرق مختلف نفوذ اقتصادی، سیاسی و نظام خود را در مناطق شمالی ایران بویژه گیلان توسعه داد. آنها با هدف تسلط بر اقتصاد ایران به اقدامات مختلفی دست زدند. یکی از مهمترین این اقدامات تأسیس شرکتهای سرمایه‌گذار روسی در ایران بود. با این وصف در این پژوهش تلاش می‌گردد فعالیت یکی از مهمترین شرکت‌های روسی فعال در گیلان یعنی «شرکت بیمه حمل و نقل»، مورد تحلیل و بررسی قرار گیرد. بر این مبنا پرسش اصلی تحقیق آن است که فعالیت این شرکت در بازه زمانی دوره ناصری به چه صورت بود و چه تأثیری بر پیشبرد اهداف سیاسی ـ اقتصادی دولت روسیه در ایران داشت؟ بر مبنای یافته‌های پژوهش روسها با هدف نفوذ در اقتصاد ایران، به اقدامات مختلفی نظیر کسب امتیازات، افزایش تجارت با ایران، حمایت از تجار روسی که با ایران تجارت می کردند و اموری از این قبیل پرداختند. سرمایه‌گذاری در ایران با احداث و یا گسترش فعالیت شرکت‌های روسی به ایران، از دیگر اقدامات روسیه بود. در این راستا شرکت‌های مختلفی نظیر بیمه حمل نقل در این برهه در عرصه تجارت با ایران به فعالیت پرداختند.

The relations between Iran and the Russian government during the Qajar period have always been affected by Russia's economic-political colonial goals in Iran. It was in pursuit of these goals that this government developed its economic, political and military influence in the northern regions of Iran, especially Gilan, in various ways during the Qajar period. They took various actions with the aim of dominating Iran's economy. One of the most important and effective measures was the establishment or support of Russian investment companies in Iran. With this description, in this research, the activity of one of the most important Russian companies active in Gilan, namely "Transport Insurance Company", is analyzed and investigated. Based on this, the main question of the research is what was the activity of this company during the Naseri period and what effect did it have on advancing the political-economic goals of the Russian government in Iran? Based on the findings of the research, with the aim of penetrating Iran's economy, the Russians took various measures, such as gaining concessions, increasing trade with Iran, supporting Russian businessmen who did business with Iran, and such things. Investing in Iran by establishing or expanding the activities of Russian companies to Iran was one of Russia's other measures. In this regard, various companies such as transport insurance were active in the field of trade with Iran at this time. The Russian government supported this company by buying most of its shares and helping to get lucrative concessions from the Iranian government. In this way, on the one hand, it helped to strengthen and continue the life of this company in Iran, and on the other hand, it succeeded in increasing its influence and dominance in the Iranian economy. it succeeded in increasing its influence and dominance in the Iranian economy.
