چکیده

موضوع جنبش‌های کارگری در صنعت نفت یکی از مهمترین موضوعات و درعین حال چالش‌های پیش روی این صنعت در تاریخ دو سده اخیر آن بوده است. شرکت نفت انگلیس و ایران به عنوان یکی از نخستین شرکت‌های دخیل در صنعت نفت در ایران و حوزه خلیج فارس که نقش تعیین کننده‌ای در تحولات تاریخی و اجتماعی این منطقه داشته است، به واسطه گستردگی حوزه فعالیت از جنوب عراق تا عمان طیف وسیعی از جامعه کارگری را در هر سه حوزه اکتشاف و تولید و پالایش تا توزیع در اختیار داشت و موضوع رابطه این شرکت با کارگران و نحوه تعامل کارگران با مشکلات عصر جدید و میزان بهره‌مندی آنان از حقوق اجتماعی و کارگری و در عین حال ماهیت ارتباط میان جوامع کارگری دخیل در حوزه فعالیت این شرکت در سراسر منطقه از مسائلی است که به واسطه فقدان اسناد و منابع تاکنون کمتر مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. پرسش اساسی در این زمینه این است که ماهیت مناسبات کارگران صنعت نفت در قالب جامعه کارگری کشورهای حومه خلیج فارس و شرکت نفت انگلیس و ایران چه بوده است؟ فرض غالب بر این است که هرچند نشانه‌هایی از ارتباط میان جامعه کارگری در مناطق نفتخیز جنوب ایران و حوزه فعالیت شرکت در کرانه‌های جنوبی خلیج فارس وجود داشته است. روش تحقیق در پژوهش حاضر توصیفی-تحلیلی خواهد بود. یعنی ابتدا موضوع مورد بحث را توصیف و تشریح کرده و سرانجام ابعاد و زوایای آن را تحلیل و تبیین خواهیم کرد.

چکیده [English]

The issue of labor movements in the oil industry has been one of the most important issues and at the same time the challenges facing this industry in its history of the last two centuries. The Anglo-Iranian Oil Company, had a wide range & scope of activity from Iraq to Oman. The company's relationship with workers and interact with the problems of the modern era and the extent to which they benefit from social and labor rights, and at the same time the nature of the relationship between the workers' communities involved in the company's activities throughout the region, is an issue that has received less attention so far due to the lack of documents and resources. The fundamental question in this context is what was the nature of the relations between the oil industry workers in the form of the labor community of the countries of the Persian Gulf and the Anglo-Iranian Oil Company? The prevailing assumption is that although there were signs of a connection between the labor community in the oil-rich areas of southern Iran and the company's area of activity on the southern shores of the Persian Gulf, there are signs of behavioral disintegration between the employees of the oil companies of the Persian Gulf and the Anglo-Iranian Oil Company and their workers. The research method in the present study will be descriptive-analytical. That is, first we will describe and explain the issue under discussion and finally we will analyze and explain its dimensions and angles.
